I'm sorry, anon. I intend to pick this up again eventualy but for right now I just have no inspiration for askblogging

I still periodically draw Portal on my main blog scaredyqueen and have a good amount of pictures planned that I'm working on right now.

As for this blog when I start again I want to reboot the whole thing. Nice new designs and junk and a less kitschy premise. I just need to hit an acceptable level of productivity first as my comic comes first. I'd say at latest it'd start again in the summer? Either way, not completely dead.

But there’s a good number of all sorts of the Turrets running around now. We’ve had to label our Turret “Cassie” to refer to from now on.

They’re all pretty non-hostile they mostly just...you know.. stand and stare, never blin- okay they make me uncomfortable and I knock them over a lot.

I’m only human.

I’m a grown woman, I don’t have to explain anything.

Well, at least for now we have a sanctuary from the testing so we’re just gonna try to make homes or something. It’s considerably easier to navigate this place with mobile humanoids robots. 

They can just do things I can’t do both physically and... technologically?? Whatever you call hacking that goes beyond “hit your face on it and hope for the best.”

We’re working on getting everything of ours we want down into Aperture right now. And by we I mean the androids are. They can go on the surface, I cannot.

Right now Rick’s broken the door to the entrance, Anger’s ripped open the elevator roof and floor and Morality’s keeping the elevator running manually.

Only two of these things are beneficial.

The third is actually a pain in the ass.

Well, no idea if anyone is even alive out there to see this but in case it isn’t obvious we’ve been driven out of our home. Little fucked up creatures, GLaDOS said something about them being from something called Black Mesa?

Don’t know, don’t really care. Either way right now the surface is way, way, way too dangerous to live on anymore. It’s weird to say it but Aperture is going to be safest at this point.

I’m weirdly at peace with this fact mostly because I’d be lying if I said I thought my time there was over.

The facility has a way of spindling its long cords to drag people back in.

At least there won’t be things trying to eat my skull in there.

Normally I’d say keep them alive, train them to be killers... but I will  a l l o w  you to kill them.

As a  p e r s o n a l  favor.

Fact doesn’t even remotely respect it. He has at least twenty cats. I try to shoo them out of the house but as far as I can tell he’s TRAINED them to sneak back in as well as avoid me.

All I know about definately is the timeline which I unfortunately didn't really know about at the start of the askblog. So that was pretty damn inaccurate from the start. Okay it was even flawed at the premise I mean they're humanoid androids and shit.

We can just play pretend that this is one of those 'alternate universes' from the new DLC, kay?
