It was a blast drawing yooseven for you though, even though I was so unbelievably inconsistent with every single aspect of running this account (I’m sorry for that). Oh my goodness thank you :) I was so nervous of posting again but you guys are so sweet and encouraging!

I would just listen to them and give them my undivided attention. I read that people who are upset don’t want to hear advice or want to be easily assured just yet. We all want to help, but saying “everything will be okay” may make it worse. They need someone who they can trust to listen to their fears and emotions without judgement. Try to put yourself in their perspective and let them know you care by being willing to listen. I’m no expert at these situations and I’m hesitating to answer this. Hopefully this helps, and I really hope things get better.
