Even little things can make a difference right?

Timothy thinks his quirk bothers his mother. Not only did he not get her quirk, the only reason she decided to keep him when she got pregnant in the first place. But also because it kept him alive when she was doing nothing to do so 

Teva likes to put screamers on people’s phones with their quirk. Most commonly these people are Tokoro and Leona
