I know what you're thinking. A swap AU? That's been done a thousand times!!

This is no ordinary swap au, nonono!

This is my special swap au where Blue and Lime swap survival places with Red and Purple!!

So Blue and Lime survive to the end, and Red and Purple do not...

Everything else is mostly the same, though!!

LIME

-Lime is permanently blind in one eye due to still being stabbed by Orange. -While Lime was being attacked, Red jumped in to save them and got killed instead. -Lime is a little bit less 'batty' but still a little insane sometimes.

BLUE

-Blue hates themself for not being able to save everyone. -They helped put a patch over the crack in Lime's visor so nothing leaks out. -They're glad to have someone by their side in these dark times.

I’m just going to explain this over a text post, because I have no idea how to make Lime and/or Blue explain this, I’m sorry :[ (also i dont think they remember much about it anyways)

So, Blue was the first to realise the symptoms of hypoxia because they’re a doctor. Loopy, they decided to check O2 just in case. They waddled into O2 and saw that Heracles was tipped over and was like “huh…. thats weird.” and checked the hypoxia symptoms thing and was like “ohhhh shiddings we’re gonna die” and then the whole thing really just plays out like normal :]

Sorry if I explained that weird, I’m not great at explaining my thought process well. That’s why I make comics ^_^

What now? What did MIRA said about all the deaths?

L: And… Red died protecting me. I was getting attacked by Orange and Red jumped in and sacrificed themself. I’d never admit it to them, but they were a great captain.

B: Lime. L: ME!!

1. When Purple died, how did Red handle it?

2. Cyan wanted to be everyone’s friend, but it didn’t appear like they made friends. Blue, would you say Cyan succeeded with you?

B: When Purple died, Red didn’t take it well. I didn’t know much about their relationship, but they were obviously close… I can’t help but feel bad for Red. They went through a lot of grief before they died, but they definitely went out heroically.
