==Premise==

Spirits and the supernatural are able to mark certain people for death, warning them of the impending doom the person might face. The closer to death they are, the more they forget about their own life and what's happening to them. The only way to release a person from the mark is to either get rid of the thing that gave them the mark, or to purify them. 

Supernatural creatures like werewolves, vampires, etc are not able to leave the death mark. Only spiritual beings like ghosts and ethereal. Alfred and Matthew are both marked and are actively trying to solve which entity gave them the mark. 

Graybrook is home to many supernatural creatures and entities. But the story will revolve around the SPI office and this town. 

==Story thus far==

Alfred and Matthew, cousins, quit school after Alfred had an an encounter with the paranormal and started a private investigation business in a quaint little town called, Graybrook. The two are the only investigators at the moment. Creating the Supernatural Paranormal Investigations (SPI) thanks to the financial aid of Francis, Matthew’s uncle. From there they take on any case that someone brings them to make ends meet since they can’t always rely on Francis, but they’re looking for any activity that is related to these mysterious marks both Alfred and Matthew bare. 

While many still scorn the acknowledgement of the paranormal, the two have found themselves with steady work, even if not all of the cases are related to the paranormal in the end. As their investigation brings them closer to death’s door with each case, they have yet to find the spirit who gave them each their the mark or why.
