Philippines my brother and we’ve been through so much together. My history and culture is so immeshed with Philippines that I wonder what it would be like if it wasn’t. And honestly, I am sometimes jealous at how popular he is and how iconic his culture is, how he got independent, I feel like I’m in his shadow, people on the mainland often think I’m from his place.

Fu’una and Putan, gods of creation and life, and Chaife, the god of the underworld and blacksmith.

I haven’t. I don’t even really get much vacation, especially now a days.

At a fiesta, there would be barbecued meat, red rice, pancit, seafood, just a lot of food friends and family bring and there will certainly be enough to bring back home for leftovers!
