In his late 40s. Became the head of his Family at the age of 32 after his father died.
Not a morning person. Doesn't sleep well and the morning light tends to put him in a pissy mood until he gets used to it.
Owns a pure black cat that he spoils too much. Anything you could imagine, his little furball has it.
Heavy smoker. One of his many, many red flags. His clothes reak of tobacco.
On the subject of tobacco, he doesn't like cigarettes. He says they don't pack enough of a punch. In reality, he just doesn't like how he looks holding a little cigarette in his big hands.
His favorite cigars are Toscano Classico.
His main outfit is his 2nd most expensive. The suit under his coat alone is $400.
He's 6'7, towering over anyone. He also a dad bod. He's not fit, but he's not extremely overweight. Has nice cushion around his entire body. 298lbs.
Chance didn't actually steal money from him like most believe, it was actually a family heirloom that wasn't ever meant to be used in a gambling bet.
He is very warm-blooded and cannot stand the heat. Still, he'll wear his big, heavy coat during the summer.
He owns two versions of that coat. One normal one, and one that is fur-lined on the inside, with fur on the collar and the cuffs.
He isn't related to any of his boys, but he does view them as nephews in a way, and cares for them in his own way.
He wouldn't spare them from death if one of them betrayed him, though.
He is not a good man.
Romance HCs
Living as a Mafia man, he doesn't allow himself to fall in love. He wouldn't want to lose the one he loved. That changes when he meets you.
Naturally, he can't help but keep some form of tabs on you when you're not at home or with him. Whenever you go out, he assigns one of his boys to trail a little further away behind you.
He spoils you. He's a rich man, so he doesn't mind dropping hundreds on expensive clothes and jewelry for you.
Date nights are very common. At least twice a month he takes you out to eat.
Unfortunately, he does have old fashioned values. Not in a toxic way, but it can be rather uncomfortable to defy them.
No matter your gender, but especially if you are fem presenting, he will not like you having a job. He sees it as a insult to his ability to provide for you.
That's not saying you can't have a job when with him, but he will not be happy about it.
His boys know you by name.
He likes seeing you in his clothes.
If you don't want him smoking, he'll go outside or go to his office, away from you. You can't get him to stop, no matter how much you beg.
He's not the fondest of children, but if you brought up wanting them, he wouldn't deny you.
He likes when you sit in his lap. He's a big man, so it's nice to have someone there to warm him up while he works.
Extremely jealous. Doesn't like it when you show a little too much affection to someone else you aren't related to for too long.
You're the only person he lets touch his scars.
His kisses are rarely gentle. He's rough, even in love.
Insanely overprotective. Demands to know your location at all times if he's not with you, who you're with, what you're doing. He doesn't want to lose you.

Goon HCs
Caporegime is the oldest at 38, followed by Consigliere at 36, Soldier at 27, and Contractee at 23.
Consigliere has been with Mafioso the longest, and was actually his father's consigliere before becoming Mafioso's.
Contractee was actually originally someone who racked up a debt with Mafioso, having spent the money loaned to him on college funds, only to drop out and not have a way to pay him back.
Contractee was only able to become part of the family because Caporegime knew him personally and was able to talk with Mafioso about letting Contractee work for him to pay off his debt.
Contractee is actually the most agressive and violent of all of the boys, but is also the most open, and kindest.
Soldier is actually very quiet. He rarely speaks unless spoken to, and he mostly just grunts.
Consigliere is trans.
Consigliere thinks everyone doesn't know.
They all know.
They don't care.
Caporegime is the calmest, and is usually the one in charge of going after first time debtors. They comply a lot easier when approached calmly.
All of the boys are paid well, minus Contractee until he pays off his debt. They are given shelter at the warehouse Mafioso owns, all having their own rooms and belongings.
This is just a list of facts and headcanons I have for my version of Mafioso! None of this is canon to the actual Mafioso apart from certain lore.

General Facts + Parents
His full name is Don Lorenzo Sonnellino. His mother was against naming him Don as she believed her husband just wanted him to take on the family business, but his father was genuinely fond of the name and believed it fit.
He's a mix of a Holland Lop and a Flemish Giant.
Has claws. He wears gloves so he doesn't scratch up anything.
He thumps his feet when he's discontent, but is able to suppress the urge.
He doesn't actually honk, but sometimes his little huffs come out sounding like one.
His lip scar came from a fight he had with his father in his 30s.
He's extremely attached to his fedora. It belonged to his grandfather.
His "shadow" is strange. No matter if he has his hat on or how the light hits him, it's still there.
Extremely fond of cats.
Once again, damn near 300lb man. He's not skinny in any sense. He's in his late 40s and takes his boys out for pizza extremely often.
Actually relies on sound more than sight. His hearing is incredible.
Despite his age, he's still fairly agile, only relying on his boys to work when having to get into high or low places quickly.
Lives in a fair sized manor. Not a fan of giant mansions, as he grew up in one with his parents and two younger siblings growing up. Feels big homes like that are isolating.
EXTREMELY territorial. In both Mafia and Personal sense.
His casino is actually very inviting. Allows anyone in as long as they have SOMETHING to gamble.
His staff in his casino are also just apart of that Mafia family. several soldiers working as dealers and bartenders.
Very respectful towards women/fem presenting people. His father always taught him to be.
Not fond of children at all. Finds them annoying.
Would be extremely fond of his own, though. Wouldn't want his kids to take over the business, though. Would either make a deal with a higher power to keep him alive forever, or would pass it on to one of his boys.
His father was a Flemish Giant and his mother was a Holland Lop.
His father was distant with him most of his childhood.
His mother was murdered by his father, which caused that fight between them.
He promises a good life for any children he has.

Overprotective of Lu
He was originally only willing to be in a relationship with her at first because he was bored and wanted a sugarbaby, but soon grew attached.
Massive cuddler. Loves having Lu in his lap and wrapping her in his coat with him.

Buys her jewelry with his insignia engraved into an "S". Not just to claim her as a Sonnellino, but to show she's under his protection.
Loves visiting her while she's at work. Gets her in trouble with the manager a lot because of his touchy nature.
Lowkey had his boys get her evicted just so she would move in with him.
REALLY likes her chub. He likes how warm she is and how squishy her body is.
Basically chased her until she agreed to be with him. Likes when she plays hard to get.
