So I was watching the Muppet Christmas Carol, and apparently there's a twin named Betina (spelled with one t according to the subtitles) Her sister's name isn't Annette though.

I know you're Jewish, but have you seen any Christmas movies? I'm just curious.

I've seen that, and think it's hilarious that my name is immortalized as one of Ms. Piggy's daughter puppets. 😂 (Even though my name is spelled with 2 t's, not just 1, it's still pronounced the same in the movie, so it counts to me!)

Of course I've seen plenty of Christmas movies and TV specials in my life. Kinda hard to avoid it when you live in America, even if it's not my personal religion. 😜 From the Nightmare Before Christmas to the Grinch who Stole Christmas, from It's a Wonderful Life to Home Alone and the Polar Express, from the Santa Claus movies to Die Hard and Gremlins. I've seen tons of Christmas Carol adaptations, a few of the classic stop motion Rankin/Bass specials, and so many different interpretations on Santa / North Pole lore, and saving Christmas around the world or in the protagonist's community, and the story of Joseph, Mary and baby Jesus.

Do I wish there were way more options for me to enjoy that were about/related to Hannukah? Sure. Does that stop me from enjoying Christmas media? Nope.

Well, it is wintertime, so it makes sense. 😜 I've been pretty lucky with the weather here, living in South Florida, so not as cold as most. But I still appreciate the thought! Hope you and everyone else is keeping warm and safe out there!

I know you don't play a lot of video games but one of the games that has been hyped up for years came out in September and I got 100% on it recently. (The game is Silksong, the sequel to Hollow Knight)

And it got me thinking, if you were a bug, would you rather be human sized or bug sized?

I definitely heard a lot about Silksong when it came out. 😂 Congrats on the completion!

If I were a human-sized bug, people around me would freak out, and life would probably not be fun for me. :P If I'm going to be a bug, might as well go all the way and be bug-sized as well. The world would be a lot bigger, and maybe scarier, but the food would be bigger too! It's a tradeoff.

I'm really new to this site, but wanted to ask if you have any blogs that serve as a good "pick me up" when you're feeling down? I like to follow yours because it makes me feel good about my day, and I'd like more of that

One blog I like purely for that "pick me up" feeling is @thelatestkate. It's one of those rare blogs that I follow NOT because I think it'll reblog something I'll want to share in a video in the future, but because it posts cute and wholesome art of animals and creatures giving sweet inspirational messages, and it gives me the warm fuzzies.

Of course I do, I have a brother that's 6 years younger than me. I also have a handful of IRL friends who are a year or 2 younger than me, as well as older. Everyone has to know some people who are younger/older than themselves.

Do you like going out on walks? I've been living with my dad in North Carolina for the past month and a half (long story short, I accidentally pulled an Undyne and burned down the house in Florida where I was staying with my partner... I'm not allowed back until her family sells their NC house and gets a new place in FL, which will hopefully be early December) and there's this forest trail nearby. It's property of some church but they let people park in their lot on non-service days. Anyway, I've been going on walks in the woods every day for the past month, with only three exceptions due to poor weather conditions. It's nice taking a break from the Internet and communing with nature for a while.

I love going on walks! I especially enjoy walking during this time of year, fall/winter time, since South Florida gets a lot more cool. I don't have any woods or forests near where I live, so I mostly walk around suburbia, but I especially enjoy walking around in nature trails when I'm out of town, so I'm a little envious of you right now, lol. Not envious of your current circumstances, of course. :P Hope things work out with the new house!
