Welcome to Axetale Rewrite, my personal take of Axetale. The au is still in progress, but feel free to ask questions. :)

a father and his child i promise i didn't forget about this au, i've just been working on other stuff

sans has a lot of trouble with his memory after the incident with undyne, so he has a hard time remembering names and faces, including his own brother's. papyrus has to pick up the slack and care for sans while making sure they both don't starve, but even when sans gets on his nerves or forgets his name again, he'd rather starve together than be fed but alone. sans tries to make sure he remembers by writing papyrus' name on his glove, but he doesn't remember that either. he's really trying for his brother to make things a little easier

For whom the bell tolls. Sans' life can be described as stagnant. The same thing's been happening for almost a decade. The same events, the same actions, the same constant feeling of starvation, and all he's done is wait for it to pass him by. Good things come to those who wait, but what happens when even those opportunities arrive and you still do nothing?

We're just lucky we got the old man to play this long.

small sneak peak at something i'm working on. aliza might not be in the finished version but who knows. fences made of logs are kinda annoying for me but i'll get there one day

some art of axetale rewrite's new home done by @moonhart-productions. new name is being worked on currently, since "new home" doesn't quite work anymore. had the idea to have more alive plants further in the underground, with some sparse areas like a good amount of hotland for reasons

i just thought it'd be silly. yes, the goat monster decision is a bit overdone but i like it. she finally fits in with the rest of her family, though a bit fluffier than the skelebros. only a bit. poor girl doesn't know how to take care of her fur though.

i dunno if i'll ever be able to finish this so here's a bit of text i wrote for it. *the water’s cold. so cold, it burns. *The blood won’t wash off. the pain won’t fade. no matter how much i scrub. *the smell won’t go away. the smell of rot and decay. *... *the mirror won’t stop staring, judging. *it has my face, but that’s not me. its face is wrong. *teeth too sharp, too crooked. *eyes too wide, too aware. *aware of my movements. *... *aware of my sins. maybe one day i'll finish this properly and give y'all a better look at just how poorly taken care of the house is, even if it is just a small part.
