“Yes you can,” Conrad showed a faint smile as he held out his arm.

She putted her hands to Conrad’s arm and petted it. “It’s actualy soft. Like if you pet a cat.”

Conrad looked at her as she pet his arms, his smile not fading. “Really? I’m happy that my sweater is that soffft!”

She couldn’t help but smile back. “You know I love sweaters so much. It’s a pity that they can be worn only in winter.”

“Sweaters with no sleeves,” Conrad said almost immediately in response to her.

“Sleeveless sweaters are not real sweaters. They look sassy, not sweet.”

Connor frowned just a bit, kind of liking how sleeveless sweaters looked. He nodded, soon returning to his happy attitude, “Alright, I respect that”

“Anyway, it shouldn’t be a problem for you.” She hinted at the fact that he’s an android.

“Well… You’re correct, it won’t necassarily be a problem but …” His voice trailed off as he began to fidget with his hands.

Seems like she brought up a sore subject. “But?”

“I-” Conrad cut himself off, looking away, “Nevermind,” He shows the girl a smile again, “It’s no big deal”

“Hey, if you mean some people don’t like androids, i’m not like them!” She tried her best to remedy the situation.

“I didn’t think you were it just… Your wording threw me off a bit,” He said with a soft voice “My sincerest apologies”

Softness of his voice made her smile again. “That’s alright! But what’s wrong with my wording?” She was a little confused.

“You seemed to phrase the.. you.. weirdly.” Conrad messed with his sleeves, his brows furrowing a bit as he thought.

“Oh, I see. I’ll try not to do it again. And…” She put her hand on his shoulder still smiled. “Don’t worry, okay?”

Conrad pulled her into a very gentle hug. It felt so light! “I won’t, thank you.”

Damn, she felt like she was hugged by cloud. “Y… you’re welcome!” With a little delay she hugged that cloud back. She whispered faintly: “So soft…”
