Thankfuls.

Day 9: Thankful for the physical abilities I have. What a blessing to walk. What a blessing to run three miles. What a blessing to hug those I love. And what a blessing to see faces, hear voices and say what I mean.

Day 10: Thankful for support. Sometimes you just need a reminder that, you can do that. And I'm ever thankful for the people who don't let me forget.

A little behind on my thankfuls.

Day 7 - Much thanks for grace. That even though I screw up every day in one way or another, people seem to have grace for me. Always grateful for that.

Day 8 - Thankful for my gym-buddy/co-worker/close-friend Bridget. This girl has gotten me to the gym (fingers crossed for tomorrow) FIVE times. We're finally getting back into a schedule. And while there are many other reasons I'm thankful for her, the reason I pick today is for the reason that without her there would be so few mornings I pulled myself out of a warm bed to go cram in an early run.

Day 6: Thankful for my country and the ability to have a voice. Please exercise your right today and go vote!

Day 5: Thankful for health.

And that's for me and for my family.
