You will have to do better than that if you want a place on this ship. Keep your eyes up!
Does that imply that you have a place on a ship?

fire-and-blood-rhaella:
“I really wish people would stop spreading rumours about my sister.”
You know, if you stop speaking to people at court your life will become far more enjoyable.
harragsharp:
“The Silence?” Harr furrowed his eyebrows, trying to remember if that floating hellhole had drifted anywhere near Lordsport or any of the ports he had been in during this search. “I’ve nae see it docked a’ Lordsport, nae Lannisport, but we spotted somethin’ off the Redwyne Straits, out in tha Dornish Sea. Looked like one a’ our ships, ye ken? But all mah part o’ the fleet was behind….couldae been a mirage, but I dunnae. Fuck, if tha cunt’s plannin’ on makin’ a comeback….”
Asha nodded along. She hadn’t really expected Euron to be so bold as to dock at Lordsport, and with Ironborn men swarming Lannisport half the time she hadn’t expected him there either. But the Redwyne Strait... “Theon was planning a trip to Oldtown last we spoke. He could have been taken once we got there. He was making a stink about trying to get out of King’s Landing as well, so it could have been common knowledge that he was on his way south.” She tried to put as much courage in her voice as possible, but it was all fake. “Gods help him if he steps one foot on any of these islands.”
harragsharp:
“Taken by an Ironborn?” Harr’s eyebrows furrowed as he frowned, sitting up right. “Alright, nae any of us like tha cunt but we’d nae fuckin’ keep him in the hold and cut bits awf him.”
“Harr, I spent the last three months unable to think of anyone else. There’s only one Ironborn who would directly gain from Theon’s death, and only one sick enough to do it.” She sat up as well and leaned against the wall, not bothering to cover herself with the sheet anymore. For awhile she fiddled with her thumbs silently. “When was the last time you saw the Silence docked at Lordsport?”
harragsharp:
As tae be expected…..it’s alright, it’s alright…..we need tae up our efforts, do we nae? Comb tha Greenland, head tae tail, turn it inside out….fuckin’ hell, who do these cunts think they are?
She shook her head. “We checked the mainland. The King checked the mainland. The note talked about the Iron Price...I think he was taken by an Ironborn. I think he’s on a ship. And if that’s the case...” She took a deep breath, “things get a lot more complicated.”

harragsharp:
Ay, ay, steady now….. He presses a kiss to her forehead and pulls her a little closer. Then she speaks, and his eyes widen.
Inside was Theon? Wha? How big was the fuckin’ box?
Oh….you mean…..fuck.
Just...parts and bits and pieces but the note said it was him and I’ve spent so long looking for him and some bastard has him or killed him and I don’t know and fuck but I care about my fucking greenlander brother.
harragsharp:
He wraps his arm around her, pulling her close.
Aye, but come on, lass. Ye can tell me anythin’, ye ken tha, captain?
Tearing up, she takes a deep breath and curls into his side.
The night I got home, I went directly to my quarters at Pyke. And there was a box there, and a key, and a note. And when I unlocked it, inside was --
She chokes and lets out a sob.
--Inside was Theon.
harragsharp
Why ever nae?
I haven’t been myself since I got back to the Islands, which I’m sure you noticed. But I didn’t tell you why.
harragsharp:
He joins her, settling between her legs.
Aye, lass, maybe I ought tae do so.
-----FADE TO BLACK------
*some frick-fracking later, lying in bed*
This can’t go on.
harragsharp:
I’d almost be offended if it were nae ye, Asha.
Naked, he pads across the deck of her captain’s quarters toward her, smirking.
And ye’d be surprised….I’ve had a lot of lasses whilst we’ve been gone from home.
She lies down on the bed in nothing but her underclothes.
I never said you haven’t had anything, just that you haven’t had better.
And if you’re offended, maybe you ought to prove what you can do.

harragsharp:
He smirks, before pulling down his breeches, unashamed.
Aye, tha alright fer ye, lass?
I’ve had better.
She begins to unclasp the buttons on her top and slides it off her shoulders.
But I know you haven’t.
Why don’t you show it off, then? We haven’t anything better to do.
Eventually, she’d had to admit that she was wasting her time. It had been months since the war, months since she’d seen Harr or the Goodbrothers or any of her crew. She’d traveled back and forth across Westeros, from the wall to Seaguard, twice to Harrenhal, to Storm’s End, and worthless months in King’s Landing. All her time spent was for naught; she had no more information about Theon now than she had when she set sail from Pyke, leaving Harr behind with enough grief for the both of them.
Stood at the head of the ship on it’s way back to the Iron Islands, letting her eyes glaze over as the sea stretched out for miles ahead. It was comfortable to be on the water again, even if it wasn’t her ship. She’d be back there soon enough.
It was odd, she thought, that her perception of Theon had changed so much through her search. She once would have been the first to complain about him, and indeed she’d assumed the worst when he first went missing. But slowly she became the one to defend Theon from the words of those like Quenten Banefort and Leonette Tyrell. She wrinkled her nose at the thought of them and spat.
She didn’t know if Theon was dead or dying or where he was or even where he might have been. The next evening, when she left the boat and stepped off in her home again, it struck her that it had been even longer since Theon had seen these boats lined up along the dock with Pyke rising in the distance. She walked down the rows of ships looking for her Uncle Victarion’s, but she didn’t expect to see it. He’d taken the lead of the search party along the coast. She’d asked Harr to keep a watch on things, but she knew he wouldn’t be at Pyke. She didn’t even question where Damphair was, since there was no hope of finding him anyway.
Sullen and dejected, Asha began the trek back to the castle without bothering to take a horse. The moon was directly overhead by the time she reached the gates. The courtyard was nearly empty, save for a few kitchenhands already running about preparing a morning meal. She went straight to her quarters.
When she opened the door, the pleasant surprise of a made bed and a cleaned room awaited her. On the table beside her bed sat a rather large wooden box ornately decorated with swirls that became the arms of a kraken at the center of the lid. Beside it lay an envelope. It was unopened, but the wax showed no seal. She picked it up and, surprised by its weight, opened it carefully. An iron key fell out onto the floor with a clang, and she read as she bent down to pick it up.
Even Lord Greyjoy never learned to pay the Iron Price, but I did. In fact, I won these trinkets for you, Asha, with my own two hands. Enjoy.
She could hear her heartbeat pounding in her ears. Her breath stopped then started again, too fast. She felt dizzy. The light from the tapers on the walls flickered, and she blinked quickly. With some difficulty because of her shaking hands, she placed the key into the matching iron lock on the box and turned it.
She closed her eyes and slowly lifted the lid, unsure of what evil awaited her inside until the smell of rot slammed itself into her nose, knocking her eyes open. She looked, she screamed, she tried to close the box as she turned to run away. She tripped over the leg of the bed.
She screamed again. Her head hit the floor.
Cost depends on what the service is, silence… well, everyone has their secrets. I’m not in the business of selling ‘em. What can I do for you?
The Tyrells think they’re roses but they’re really just snakes in the grass. I don’t trust them. I need you get into that wedding, speak to as many Tyrells as possible, and find out whatever you can about Theon. But you must be discreet. Under no circumstances should they suspect I’m interested, nor should it feel like an interrogation. A conversation topic, perhaps.
“Many things can be said about Casterly Rock.. but the sweets here are heavenly.”
Haven’t tried them. That’s one lock I’ve yet to pick.

Greyjoy. As it happens, I’m not. Something you need from me?
Depends on how much it costs to buy your service and your silence.
I care about Theon.I wish I could help him. I don’t understand how he just disappeared. Who rules the Iron Islands now? He’s been gone for a few moons now. We had always promised that we would tell each other when we were betrothed.
Gods, I’m sorry. I sound stupid.
I can’t believe i’m saying this, but I do too. It’s getting to a point where I’m starting to believe less and less that he’ll be himself when we find him. But every trail is cold. I’ve run the Iron Islands, mostly. I was there until the Wall, and I led our forces there. I haven’t been back since, so I’ve left things to my uncle Rodrik Harlaw and Harr Sharp. He’s not a good man, but he’s a good friend. You don’t sound stupid. We’re both just...drained.
Betrothed?
