TODAYΒ
as I am preparing to cook up the black eyed peas i soaked over night.Β
Iβm in this place where i also want to make crapes with the dewberries i foraged for the other day. I want something that doesnβt use things like cheese. because well... Cheese has become my enemy .Β
it makes me so freaking gassy. and its like killer farts. and SBDβs
any who....Β
what Iβm getting out is Plant Base VS. Vegan.Β
I am not a vegan. I have not been a vegan for many a years. i tried it for 7 months and lost it on a plate of ribs after not having food for about 2 days.Β
back then I was not doing it the best way but i worked with what I knew and I did as I was learning.Β
Now I am more hooked on Plant based wisdom.Β
Iβm in school taking holistic nutrition classes so Iβm learning a bunch of shit.Β
one thing that I am going to challenge in my self is living more of a Plant Based life.
Yes Vegans live a plant based life. but they live a plant based life to extremes that dont fit in to my personal life. vegan is one thing but plant based is another. when it comes to my nutrtion. my goal is to focus on Plant based being my thing. loads of veggies herbs roots leaves fruit seeds. etc
when it comes to meats.Β
i donβt eat much.Β
and i find that when i have more resource on hand. I will focus on what types of meats id choose to eat if I had a craving for something.Β
right now we have some grass fed Lamb in the freezer. I have farm friends who raise their own live stock and they do their way of harvest for the meats.Β
something id look in to later down the road but right now. its about Plant based Vs. Vegan.Β
I donβt have issue with people who associate under the label. thank you for choosing your life style inΒ a way the corresponds to making the planet a healthier place. I love you for that.Β
