It’s not going to stop you achieving your goals, or making a difference in the world, because it actually energized you for the steps towards your goals and passion. ————————. This break that I have taken has given me space to ponder and reconnect with my passion, so that I can bring it back to my workshops, courses and individual art therapy inquirers! ————————. You always have permission to take a break and explore from a new perspective. I highly recommend it.

What a massive two days of Making with 20 other women at the eco printed journal making workshop! Thank you to each of you who made it what it was. Now for a much needed rest to integrate it all! (at Burrinja)
