Treatments! Here’s a guide of what I mean by treatments !!! Items needed: Bowl, Fork, shower cap or store bag, conditioner of your choice preferably one that’s moisturizing, avocado, banana, honey, eggs, An oil of your choice ( olive oil, coconut oil, argan oil, castor oil, etc.) These products ^ do not have to all be used together in one setting. You can alternate between which ones you use every week or every other week (your choice) For example: one week you may do a hair mask consisting of 1 egg, a banana, honey and a conditioner. Then the next week you could use 1 egg, An avocado, an oil, and honey. Alternate!!! Then put on your shower cap or store bag after you’ve applied your treatment and let sit for a minimum of 10 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes. ( make sure you’re not in a too hot environment for the eggs will cook in your hair) Also for bananas or avocado I suggest using a blender because the aftermath can be a pain in the butt! Once a month or once every few months ( your choice ) I recommend to detox your hair. Detoxing your hair gets rid of all the products you’ve used. Basically like starting over.
