Do you Feel like you don't want to do a particular task, or maybe you don't understand what you are supposed to do at that moment? You lack ideas, moves, solutions, or responses. It feels like there is a need to do something, but you fail. While we work our days & nights to an end, we try to make a standard for ourselves. Anything less than that "ideal" performance seems very off.

It is okay if you don't have a solution at that moment.
It is okay if you are feeling blocked.
Getting yourself up & running in this mindset can be difficult sometimes. However, you can try some of these.
Take a break: - Give yourself a break and get yourself out of that situation. Brainstorming about the same issues with no results or solutions can cause unnecessary stress. So the best thing to do is give your mind some rest.
Don't Over Analyse: - Over-analyzing the current situations will not help get any solutions or ways. It will just put you in a bigger dilemma than the problem itself.
It Temporary: - this feeling is not permanent. You will be out of it. Just Hang in there, Don't jump to conclusions. Take a Deep Breath and focus on the good.
Accept: Accept that you are feeling uninspired or feeling blocked. Don't question it. Questioning yourself will put you under a lot of pressure. Instead, try to go with the flow.
Expectations: - Keep realistic expectations. Many-a-times, the kind of expectations or standards we define for ourselves can be the root cause of the stress & lack of motivation. Set a target you think you can achieve. Do not over-commit yourself. Keep time for yourself too.
It is okay not to feel inspired by anything, feeling drained out. It's just another way of life, telling you that you have worked enough - Now, Take a break.
We all have days when we feel blocked, and that's okay. Keep believing in yourself, take a deep breath, and remember â
