My new theory is Mrs. Jeepers is the current owner of the Time stone. The leprechauns couldn't be trusted with it, so now she keeps it safe.

Someone else suggested maybe Mrs. Jeepers keeps the kids locked in a time loop when I pointed out that they have multiple books in the Bailey School Kids series which repeat christmas, summer vacation, and other holidays and yet the kids are STILL in third grade and never seem to graduate. It all makes sense now. She's using the Time stone to repeat the Third Grade over and over again.

Not sure what her final goal is though. Is something specific supposed to happen and it hasn't, so she has to keep repeating the Third Grade scenario?... like how Jane Chatwin kept resetting her own time loop in The Magicians to keep trying for a desired outcome. 😂

Mrs. Jeepers is not to be trusted. She's up to something. She's a vampire teacher with the Time stone in her possession.

In conclusion, If I infiltrated her Third Grade class, I would be writing endless fanfiction like this and turning it into her in place of actual homework, just to judge her reaction and to annoy the shit out of her. But hell, maybe she would find some part of it entertaining...
