I have a question, in this Dragon Ball AU, should I add new characters or add the old characters like Z fighters, and anyone else?

-1800's (Victorian Era London or a Texas)

-1930's (New York Mafia)

-1980's (Retro Tokyo or a small town of US)

-2000's (US, any states)

-Future cyberpunk.

Just curious about that.

Scallio’s new Design (FINALLY!!!!)

Scallio is nomadic with his family to another planet to become stronger before the planet Vegeta was destroyed by Frieza. Scallio didn't know what happened to planet Vegita, like his parents. His parents were nomadic to another planet before he was born. (In other words they were pretty young while Scallio was born in Age 763). Arabir and Ruka are Scallio's siblings and the mighty nomad warriors travel around through the galaxies to find the perfect planet to gain power and move to another planet until the strong other warriors are defeated. Arabir as the eldest of the nomad Saiyan, created a team to fight against the strongest warriors/rase and take the resources from it. Ruka is the second eldest child. She joined Arabir as a right hand and helped him to fight. Ruka is smart but yet is a cruel woman who would like to fight with confidence. Ruka, Scallio, and Arabir have a complicated relationship, because Scallio is younger than them and had the unpleasant habit to attack someone without Arabir's command.

Personality: Short-tempered, aggressive, sullen, irritable and sarcastic, but he got a kind heart which he rarely shows to everyone.

Background & Lore: Maki was born in Shibuya, Tokyo. She and her older brother Kenji were raised by her grandfather Yoshiki and aunt Karin after their parents were tragically died during the flight accident. Maki’s grandfather is the owner of Judo school of Martial Arts and as a kid, she alway was training there after school and learned everything from her grandfather. Kenji found a job as seller of supermarket, while her aunt is being strict with Maki. Karin thinks that Maki should be a lady, not a fighter, but time passes and Maki still learning about martial arts and dressing up in tomboy style.
