Exciting news! We’ll be presenting HEARD•NY, artist Nick Cave’s first public art project in New York City, in collaboration with MTA Arts for Transit and Urban Design in Grand Central Terminal this March. Read more on our website.

What a lovely ensemble of colors in these paintings from the french artist Maria Mann. She is amazingly talented, with a rich colorful gradients that just satisfies the eyes. The first composition LOVE is just grand, the very diverse color clouds are very unusual and captivating. The second piece I THOUGHT WE HAD AN UNDERSTANDING isn’t vibrant as love, but equally beautiful, I really love the peachy feel from the painting. Kelly Allen is on view right now at Bold Hype gallery and she is definitely the master of all mediums. At first I thought her latest work were collages, but they are actually composed of gouache, colored pencil, acrylic, and oils.
