Thirty minutes. Thirty minutes that guy had made him wait and he didn’t even get an apology?? Scratch that actually it was forty minutes since Michael came early to be sure he was on time! Not to mention in these weather conditions. Michi send him a quite salty glance not quite decided yet if he should directly wash the other’s head with a small outbreak right away or if he shall let his displeasure coming through by slowly letting it shine through the conversation.

“The trip itself was quite pleasurable. It had been quite a while since I traveled over the sea which made it quite the experience.” Bitterness could be heard in his voice but his gestures when greeting Ivan were warm as always. “How is going for you? Is the Czar keeping you on your toes?”

The larger nation chuckled as he nodded to that question, yes, the Czar indeed was. Sometimes he wondered how he managed to keep up with them all before. This one was putting him through quite the run around. He would pull a scarf from the inside of his jacket, not as big as his own scarf, but bright red against the white of the snow. He held it out to Michael.

        ❛ That is good — Very good ! ❜

        Gilbert chimed with a genuine smile, clapping his hands together as he waited for his guest to be seated before settling down into a chair himself. 

         ❛ I find myself in a similar situation here at home as well. I pray we might soon have the pleasure of declaring us free of the French nuisance that has been plaguing us these past few years. Hopefully in time for the wedding,  ❜

         The Prussian chuckled, waving over one of the servants hovering near the door, ❛ But I would be a terrible host if I did not offer you something to drink after your long journey. Would you care for some wine ? Or whatever suits your fancy, really — I am certain we have something in the cellar that suits your taste, ❜

Ivan shook his head, smiling still as he leaned back in his seat, comfortable. He normally would drink vodka or one of the brews from home, but on a day like this, he wouldn’t mind something a bit more celebratory.  “ Wine is fine, would be good occasion for toast. ” 

“It’s nice to meet you, Ivan.” Isaac smiled softly at him once their introduction was over. “Ah… The ice is making the pain a bit more bearable, thank you.”

Ivan merely nodded upon being told this, humming softly as he looked around. He had been doing something in the kitchen, making lunch. He did have to get back to that, otherwise it would likely burn.  “ Do need to get back to food. Need help? ”

Name: Ivan Ruslanovich Volkov

Occupation: Masseuse/Psychiatrist (Not often, he got tired of listening to people’s sob stories)

Backstory: Ivan grew up as a vampire, with a family of vampires like him. They weren’t exactly related, but it was more like a group of people who treated each other like family. Eventually this family grew to include more people aside vampires, becoming a rather mismatch assortment of monsters. He was signaled out though as he had a rather peculiar ability, he could drink the stress and general discomfort of those around him. This proved helpful at times when things got stuff.

He eventually moved out when he got older, looking to figure out his own life. He lived through the ages, learning skills along the way, helping others live a better life. It was rather difficult to find people willing to give him their blood, but they always were happier afterwords. Wherever he went, he always left with a few people happier than when he came. He now works on helping people release stress in other ways than him drinking their blood.

Personality: Ivan can sometimes come off as a little cold but it’s mainly because he’s often gauging people, as well as the fact he can feel people’s stress. It can put quite a toll on his mood to he might come off as short and snide. But his mood would always change quickly when he focuses on someone, becoming a cheerful young man who had a large smile. He’s generally a rather happy person, enjoying the fact he can help others with their stress. He is however a little inexperienced in certain things, regardless of his centuries old age.

Appearance: Built rather largely, he stands over 6 foot, with a rather bulky figure. He’s not fat, just large. Wide shoulders, sturdy torso, all the way to his thick thighs. He’s just a large man, but still quite fit, as he has developed muscles lining his arms, legs and torso. His pale blond hair, nearly looking white, especially under the moon light, matches his equally pale skin, which almost looks like pure snow at times. His eyes are a complete contrast though, dark and violet, with a hint of red around the pupils. 

Reasons for coming to the hotel: Expand his business, maybe even offer massages while he’s there

Fun Facts: -He’s never really hid the fact he’s a vampire, for it shows clearly whenever he smiles, as his fangs are rather prominent.  -He rather enjoys talking with people, finding all their tales exciting. However when people start to complain, it drags him down a bit, because he can feel the emotions quite acutely. -He used to enjoy hearing about people’s problems but after so many years doing it, he’s began to tune it out now. -He is very skilled with his hands, to the point you will likely melt after one of his massages.
