This piece is about my relationship with alcohol, what does it make you think of?

I don’t think this piece needs an explanation.

This piece makes me think of a funky, retro house built in the 70’s. It’s my dream to live in a place like that someday.

I also work a lot in blue when I’m depressed. The difference between monochromatic work and blue work is the level of sadness I’m experiencing. That said, I adore this piece. I think the deep blues are so beautiful and they reflected exactly how I was feeling that day.

I love the witchy vibes of this piece, what does it remind you of?

How is it that one of the underlying themes of my life is the urge to run away?

It’s been so long since I saw your face that I can barely remember the way your face lit up when you smiled, always so mischievously.

I feel like whenever I work with the color pink, I really make the choice to have that be the pop of color. I never really mix it with anything else. Then again, I never liked pink much to begin with. Hmm.

A continuation on my inspiration of monochromatic choices while depressed.

This is one of the more whimsical pieces that I’ve done. For me, it reminds me of a super retro theme.

For a piece with no name, I think I like this one more than I should.

I never knew that you could sing so softly...but it was when everything else was gone that I could hear my own voice.

This piece is one of my absolute favorites. It comments on how the winter season is portrayed vs. how it’s experienced by so many individuals across the world for physical and mental reasons.

It’s difficult to remember the specifics of the bad times, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t happen.

I don’t know why I never gave this one a name. I think because I’m not a huge fan of how it turned out. It needs something.

When I left home, I left a bundle of letters that were never supposed to be sent. My parents found them. Oops.

I absolutely adore this piece. I just found out it will be featured in the 2021 first edition of a magazine!!
