Basically, trans lesbians should be welcomed into lesbian spaces (regardless of their surgical status) because they're lesbians too and lesbians are great! I would imagine you'd turn down an interested pre-op trans woman politely, and if that's the case, then no harm done? If she pushes that you should continue to try and sleep with her, then the issue has literally nothing to do with her trans status and everything to do with unacceptable non-consensual coercion.
