Want a second art book? Cuz I got one-
The second collection of surreal artwork by Ari Bach
The Tragic Story of the First 3D Printed House
In 2011, a giant 3D printer was spotted in Cemence-Meyer Grove. In only 48 hours it printed a simple, small plastic house that went up for sale a few days after its completion. Boasting a low price of $35,000 in a decent location with a river only a few yards from its back fence, the fully equipped home was quickly sold.

The young couple who moved in went missing a few days later, though because the report was not filed until after their friends grew suspicious, it is possible that after their first entry to the home, they never emerged.
The printed house was up for sale a week later, and again sold quickly. This time, the resident was a med student who recorded dictation frequently. In his recordings, he described strange tumblings from under the plastic floor, and a strong acidic smell around the sinks, shower, and toilet. His recordings were logged with the school website, otherwise they would not have been found. He and all his possessions were missing from the house after three days.
The house had a reputation but its price tag brought in another couple. The morning after they moved in, skeletons were found in the river behind the house. By the time these were identified as the first couple to move into the house, the latest was already missing.
Police swarmed the home and began searching the area. They found no evidence within the home, but noticed that the foundation extended well beneath the city limit for basement structures. A warrant for total demolition and investigation was fast tracked, and workers labored day and night to unearth the foundation.
This is what they found:

The house was in fact merely the bait to a colossal underground organism akin to a pitcher plant, but with highly developed digestive and even respiratory systems.
Meanwhile, police pursued the business and printer device responsible for the house but of course, they found nothing on any front. The home printing industry quickly covered and dismissed all news and the lot was filled in, and now holds a paved cul-de-sac.
What became of the organism and its tons of organic tissue is entirely unknown, but in visiting the area I did get to sample some local cuisine, and that’s why I’m teaming up with Cemence-Meyer Grove Mystery Meat Bar And Grill, where “all you can eat” means by the kilo! No customers turned down! AND! If you can name the flavor, your meal is 100% FREE!!!
