I never said veganism was bad for everyone. I’m trying to make the point that it is not a bad thing for people to ditch the diet or refuse to be vegan because it has caused malnourishment for a lot of people. Wealthy nations have had a rise in malnourishment because of the rise of vegan. You would have to eat a lot, and take supplements because some nutrients don’t have high percentages in fruits and veggies. It’s ridiculous to bash people for not being vegan is what I was getting at.
