Before she left, she kissed him in the cheek, like telling him to wait. He could only smile. Then she left, about to pick up her sisters and cousin. When she’s back with her sisters and cousin, the place was getting crowded. Like a party, they had a lot of fun. Not long, the guy sit in a chair right next to her. Open out a cigarette cover and pulling out two rings that tied with each other and said “Happy Birthday”. The ring was pretty. Its gold and there’s engraving on the rim. Not thin and not simple, but pretty enough to captured the heart. “Its a couple ring”, he said. She was so amazed and couldn’t hide her smile. He pull out a size-hand notebook and said “another gift, its a 2 person trip to the beach on January 4th”. “A beach? When?”, “January 4th”, he repeated. She’s covering her big smiled with the notebook. No words needed, he knows she liked it.
