I’m Back I Think

I spent 3 years brooding over an injury that took 6 months to heal. Those three years I gave up on health and fitness. I’m not going to lie or make up excuses. I gave up. I ate bad. I had doughnuts, junk food, and fast food. I drank a lot of alcohol. Throughout those years my one excuse why I stopped exercising was because my leg still hurts.

Injury

Broke my leg after a nasty fall.

Now

My grandmother passed two weeks ago Monday. She was the proudest when I finished a race. Especially, when I placed second on my last race.

Well I restarted my weight loss journey.

I gained 85 lbs in 3 years. (190 lbs to 275 lbs).

I just started last week, and have been really good on my food intake and exercises. However, I’m making rookie mistakes, and I know better. I still don’t stretch before or after a workout, and I haven’t taken a rest day since I started. It’ll be a long journey, but at least I’m doing it.

I have so much to do tomorrow but I don't want to do anything. * 6am vacuum to wake the bloody house. (Who am I kidding they could sleep through nuclear bomb) * 7-8am hopefully make a proper brekkie. ÷ 9am Groceries × 10am-ish Record a new video for my niece's YouTube channel. * Watch Lights Out since the missus loves the YouTube short. She also loves sushi. So sushi for lunch and then the movie. * Then we're doing that PokeParty downtown. (I should be excited. But I'm indifferent.) * Finally, for tea I'll get some fancy maccas. I've been revisiting my old hobbies such as FFXIV, Tumblr, runner's club, gym. The old members. Such nostalgia. Shit happens. We move forward. My strive for bodily perfection made me so miserable. Haven't had a depressive moment since I stopped giving a fuck. Want a happy life? You do you. Stop giving a fuck of what people think. Be nice to each other yeah.
