Be honest with yourself and be honest with what hurt you. That’s how you grow. Don’t live in generational curses. Do better.

I’m creative af and I used to dim my light for other people. I used to make myself small to make others feel comfortable. Them days over with. Fully walking in who I’m created to be.

Find your lane and then lead the way. It’s important to know what’s for you. Then start creating. Find your place, then press start.

Do the things that feel the most real, and the most honest to you. That’s when you know you are living your life to the fullest, being your true self and at peace. It’s when you feel free.

Make sure you take care of yourself so you don’t find yourself hating on nobody or being negative in anyway. Pour into yourself, it matters.

Coming to terms with the fact that I can’t make the music I listen to lol I listen melodic rap and r&b but now I see my sound is more neo soul and soulful. I’m not a rapper, I’m a poet. It makes sense.

The fact that the first two letters of my first name and the first letter of middle name spells ART is crazy and I never even realized it. I was really meant to be an artist it’s in my name. God gives signs and that was one for me. Creating is all I did as a kid and it never left me. It saved me. It makes so much sense. Real life creative. Being an artist is who I am literally.

Following God’s way will always lead you the right way. No matter how long it takes.🤞🏽
