TBHX Hero Agencies & Pride Month:
Treeman: Nothing. No acknowledgement on social media, no rainbow marketing, nothing. Shang De funds his hero projects through real estate development and forced Nice into an aggressively heterosexual PR relationship, there's no way this man isn't homophobic. If anything, Nice and Moon make even more public appearances together during pride month.
Mighty Glory: Similar to Treeman, but the lack of participation is more out of disinterest than active disdain. Rock thinks pretty much all forms of human connection are beneath him and only cares about relationships insofar as he can leverage them, so I don't think he thinks he's a homophobe, but like. he also deliberately cultivates a manosphere-esc hyper-masculine fanbase, so even if he's just catering to this demographic because they're easy to manipulate, actions kinda speak louder than words here. A blurry photo of a man who looks very similar to Ghostblade (the mask and shades make it hard to tell) attending a pride parade circulates on the internet for a few days, but that's about it.
FOMO: Surprisingly subdued. The company's official account makes a post at the start of the June wishing the site's users a happy pride month, but after that any participation is at the discretion of individual heroes and staff. Zac posts a pic of himself sporting an "ally" pin with the caption "y'all are cool" (he's actually aro-ace but doesn't self-reflect enough to figure that out). Loli makes a coming out post entirely consisting of a high-angle selfie in which she's wearing lesbian flag face paint and flipping off the camera with a massive pink claw gauntlet. PR goes back and forth a bit before deciding it's safe for FOMOfficial to repost it. Some Guy working in the finance department cashes in a few paid vacation days, and the next morning all the city's streets are rainbows. The correlation goes unnoticed.
DOS: They brand themselves as the most (outwardly) progressive hero agency; you just know these fuckers go all out. Their logo is rainbow-coloured the second June kicks off. Micky at least is actually gay, albeit in a very tech CEO way such that most people would be forgiven for not knowing it. The DOS_Official FOMO account also makes a "happy pride month!" post, but theirs includes a photo of all their top-ranked heroes posing somewhere with a rainbow in the background (their most recent one was on the roof of Hero Tower, with the floor covered in multicoloured paint and the image itself captured by a drone). Pride-themed photoshoots are arranged for all of their openly queer heroes. Bowa's double-headed ax merch gets a major push in marketing. Little Johnny makes a good-natured joke about appreciating bears. Lucky Cyan drops a new single that's ambiguously about a girl. Queen and Cyan are conspicuously close to one another in all their public appearances. This goes on for thirty days, nearly nonstop, until June ends and it's right back to business as usual as quickly as it began.
