She's absolutely UNHINGED and a very different 'fun' from playing Mina. She's got 1 Int/4 Charisma (perfect stats for influencer or cult leader - so many options) and, if I may say it, a parody for a very specific type of disagreeable north americans, the kind even other north americans complain about.
