There WILL be triggering topics on this blog. That's the entire point of this blog. I keep these things off my main. Consider the entire blog to carry a "dead dove" warning.

I will still be doing my best to tag triggers. The trigger tag is "tw [trigger]." So for instance, a post containing domestic violence would be tagged "tw domestic violence."

If you need something beyond the typical scope of "dead dove" tagged, let me know and I'll be happy to tag it for you.

There will be smut on this blog. That is likely to feature prominently. The NSFW tag is "nsft" (Abbreviation for "not safe for Tumblr," because I don't trust how Tumblr categories things.)

Once again, this blog will contain graphic "dead dove" topics, including: murder, violence, torture, rape, sexual assault, prostitution, drug abuse, relationship violence, and other such topics. (Think "Hydra Trash Party" type deal, if you were around for that.)

I will not write incest, bestiality, or anything of a sexual nature involving any muse under 18.

There may be some use of slurs in the context of dialogue. These would be used by the muse in the context in which they would have appeared during his lifetime. These will be tagged "tw slurs" with the exception of "queer" and "fairy." These are a frequent part of his vocabulary and are reclaimable by both muse and mun.

Any OOC posts that are not plotting/starter calls will be marked with a 💎, for Cerise. As in, not Angel speaking. Because plotting calls and starter calls are directly related to RP, they won't be marked as OOC.

Discord is available upon request, but only to those 21+ who have that listed on their Tumblr profile. My expectation is still 21+ for roleplay, regardless of platform.

Lastly, patience is a virtue. Mun's got responsibilities and a life outside of RP, so it might take a while for replies to happen sometimes. It's not because of you - if it is, I'll tell you - so just give me like a week before you start getting discouraged. You can always ask me if I saw your post.

History: Angel Dust was born Anthony Durante in Manhattan, NYC, in 1912. He came from a mid-level mob family and was raised with the assumption that he would also one day join the mafia. That plan fell apart when, as a teenager, he began to take an interest in men. He also began experimenting with more feminine presentation. Eventually, his family caught wind of this and he was disowned. As a result, he ended up turning to prostitution as a way to survive. That life led him to start using drugs, which eventually led to his death in 1947.

As stated, with this account, I'm looking to get into the darker aspects of Angel's life and afterlife. This account is specifically for threads featuring such topics as rape, abusive relationships - relationships that are physically, sexually, emotionally, and/or otherwise abusive - prostitution and trafficking, violence, murder, drug abuse, and organized crime. I will put trigger tags on things, but this entire account also just has a blanket dead dove warning.

To be clear, these are the things I intend to RP here. EVERYTHING must be discussed first. My character might be going through (or doing) some shit, but I want both muns comfortable with what's happening. Communication is key! If that's a problem, we're not gonna click to write together. The topics on this blog are dark and the muses might be hurt in any number of ways, but everything should be consensual from the standpoint of all MUNS involved.
