what a beautiful day, autumn sun shining bright, chilly breeze freezing my breaths, green leaves turning golden and crisp, outfit is cute as hell, makeup on point, made a GORGEOUS bowl of spiced apple and persimmon porridge (that I had got to eat on the walk to the train station), on the train to uni seeing beautiful sights listening to st chroma… life is forgiving and beautiful and kind and maybe november won’t be as harsh as the months before, maybe if I continue to appreciate the beauty in the mundane, life will be more beautiful and enjoyable

The life hack is that if you keep consistently doing healthy things even when you feel like shit you’ll eventually feel less like shit on principle alone
