some small notes i have for this au:

itachi functions as a luka-like figure in the sense that he’s revered as a “perfect” human pet and is a fan-favorite

his personality is not at all like luka’s though!

deidara hates how much attention itachi gets (and hates how little attention itachi gives him)

deidara grew up in the slums and lost his arm there (hence the prosthetic). i wanted to call back to his canon design with the reattached arms

itachi first sings in R1, deidara first sings in R2 (like till)
