May the lord and the lady bless this world and every human creature currently suffering at this time be blessed with your love and kindness.

Today I have to say is not going well for my psyche. As usual. But I'm not staying this outloud for anyone to pity me or tell me other things that I already know I should e doing /consentrating on because I would rather have your kind thoughts and opinions focused on the infinite amount of energy that our universe has to offer any sentient being or community and direct that energy that you can draw towards anyone closest to you that may be suffering inwardly and focus on that person or people and visualize them receiving the exact help that they desire or need or want. Don't focus on what kind of help you think they need but just that they receive the exact assistance that they have been asking for.
