places i want to live
in an art museum
on a big fluffy cloud
in a small cottage in the woods with a flower garden
in a lighthouse by the ocean
on a planet a trillion miles away
in a flower like a little fairy
in a big house full of books and light and warmth
on a hillside with nothing but grass and wildflowers as far as the eye can see
by a lake that never fails to mirror the sun
up in the highest tree house where only the birds and i can reach
in a small appartment with big windows which is situated right above my little bookshop
in Pemberley house sorrounded by Mr. Darcy’s books
inside a tree’s trunk
-in a misty cave on a rocky seashore
-in a driftwood hut on a warm sandy beach
-on a bed of moss inside a hollow log beside a babbling stream in a lush green forest
-inside an old barn on forgotten hay bales
-in the ruins of an old water mill
-in a small apartment in a big city with a fire escape covered in plants and fairy lights
-behind a waterfall
-in a rooftop greenhouse
-in an abandoned castle
-in an old bayou house on stilts in a swamp
-inside the walls like a borrower
-in the soft peat of a bog
-Beneath the forest floor
-in an old and unused theatre, surrounded by what used to be greatness
-The space in between our world and another
-in the void of space
-Where the waves crash into a rocky shore
-With my friends in a giant house we all share
in a big, old observatory where i can admire the stars and all the heavenly bodies each night
in a sunbeam
at the bottom of the ocean in a coral reef full of beautiful fish and sea creatures
down in the grass where all my friends are bugs and beetles
in a blanket fort
as a little mouse in a brambly hedge story
in a castle that walks across hills and valleys and is powered by a fire demon
in the marine science museum i used to visit when i was a kid
in a big house outside city limits, no neighbors in sight, just me and a big old dog and maybe someone i love
inside my own head
