Since there are quite a few new faces around here lately, I thought it was probably time to properly introduce myself!
I'm Apricity, the person behind ApricitySims. I'm a Blender beginner who started learning CC conversions because I kept finding myself wishing that more of the CC I loved was available for children. What started as "I just want this hairstyle for my Sim" slowly turned into... well, this. 😂
My main focus at the moment is child cc conversions, especially pieces that fit the kind of aesthetic I love: classic, elegant, old-money-inspired, and a little editorial.
I'm still very much a beginner, so some projects are smooth sailing, and others involve me staring at Blender wondering what I've done to deserve this. 😭 And, just to add a little disclaimer here, I'm still learning, so occasional mistakes or imperfections may happen in my conversions. But I'm having a lot of fun learning, and I'm hoping to keep improving with every conversion.
You'll usually find my Sims dressed in some variation of old money / classic/preppy / equestrian-inspired fashion, so if that's your thing too, you're probably in the right place. 🤍
