I lost my job of 7 years to AI--nearly my entire department did. And the company brought in a system to replace us that, sure, can certainly do the work of 4 people, but it also makes an astronomical amount of mistakes (mistakes which can and WILL be deadly when it comes to my line of work) So....that's fun.
Absolutely insane times we're living in!!!!!
