The quote is from an actual Spiderman comic, I'm not sure exactly which one though. Just found it on Pinterest, but it fit him super well! Especially with his fight dialogue in the genocide route. I like how genuinely hopeful he is, both Papyrus and Spiderman. It's really cool!

I'm just scared. Current politics is moving at a rapid pace to surround Russia with the same great Chinese firewall. Our communications are being blocked. Our internet access is being blocked. So these have been tough months for me, I'm not feeling well (yay, I'm always sleepy!!) Everything was falling apart and going to hell. Now I'm panicking about exams, which college to go to, and whether they'll accept me with my grades. In my country, more and more resources are blocked, I lost my account on one of my most important messengers, and there's almost never any internet on the street...
