the rat grinders getting whomped because they don't know how actual combat works is exactly what I've been waiting for all season. fabian taking down ivy in one turn bc they have no hp, them grouping up bc they don't know they're not supposed to and getting immediately shit on by adaine, riz's attack of opportunity doing more damage to kipperlilly than her actual attack did to him, gorgug taking down oisin by the end of round 1 bc they didn't protect their wizard, kristen and k2 both bringing all their friends up while keeping themselves strategically hidden bc they know better, riz diving into the lava like it's nothing bc he's a badass, adaine slapping jace's counterspell out of the air, fig tanking that hit from porter and casting that clutch fireball. just. beautiful. iconic. poetic. exactly what the rat grinders deserve after xp grinding for three years instead of actually adventuring. you fucking suck at this game kipperlilly!! you might be high level but you're shit at pvp!!!!!

Obsessed with Siobhan this episode, giving her nat20 portent to the paladin with 4th level smites and booming blades, casting the clutch Scatter, fucking up Brennan's shit with dust mephits that blind you when they die, constantly dodging so she barely gets hit and can mantain concentration, coming up with the limerick together with Emily in like 20 seconds, ahhh she's just So Good at this game!

Ok but the significance of Adaine helping Gorgug with his barbarian homework. Adaine, the wizard who uses her fists and swords (and a ladle) in combat (and would have used a gun if left to her own devices). Adaine who, despite her anxiety, has always fought back against people who treated her unfairly and always stood up for herself. And Gorgug, the barbarian who has cried and apologized after raging under even the most justified circumstances. Just, Adaine encouraging Gorgug to get angry is everything to me

Do we think that Oisin missed the ping pong balls not because he was into Adaine but because after seeing one of her spells, as a conjuration wizard, he was concentrating on the ice dudes? Adaine DID use an ice spell in front of him… Like he finally saw what he needed to see to be able to copy her magic and then proceeded to do the damage to the cloud runner?? Or is this not true because of how his tattoo runes work?
