Blissed out after a beautiful, autumn day 🌈 My heart swells in the summer time, breathing in the sea breeze and, at the top of my inhale, holding it my lungs until it fills my entire body. But soon enough, it feels just as natural to exhale and shed the weight of any attachment. My soul feels light during the transition into colder weather. At the bottom of my exhale, I feel grounded and connected to my roots. I feel inspired and creative. I’ve took it upon myself to get back into the yoga studio and fall in love again and again and again after each class. There is nothing better than being in one space with so many inspired people. Hence why getting brunch with my lovely friends after a morning class was quite the treat (pancakes and ice cream in the morning is also quite a treat). I have been a bit disconnected from social media, but I feel so connected with myself at the moment. I’m really happy ☮️ (at Matcha Mylkbar)
