So it's stated that there were many expeditions to Area Zero in Paldea's ancient past, due to legends of there being abundant treasures in its depths (that iirc Paldea's king wanted).....surely most of those trips ended in disaster. If the paradoxes existed way back in Heath's era, then they must've always existed in the crater. Probably some that never got discovered / revealed too.
Pokemon's too child-friendly for this, but imagine if in Area Zero, we got to see crystallized remains of humans and pokemon who never made it out (including the professor). Especially in the underdepths. Would've really communicated the true danger and surrealism of the place.
it's so funny looking back at my years growing up, interacting with hundreds of peers across different classes in different schools, and realizing that i was never interested in dating or sex or whatever. i legit remember in freshman or sophomore year of high school questioning if i was ace. then fast forward 8 ish years later, where i again questioned if i was ace.
me @ myself: "bitch. you ace. it's obvious as hell at this point." ππ
me realizing i was also aro came afterwards because the same path of logic was there, just for the romantic side of things. it was like a light bulb went off in my head.
