Aradia was... out of her element, to say the least. she decided to spice things up and be social for once, and as such she had decided to go to a party for once. So now here she was, surrounded by trolls on all sides as she stood at a surprisingly normal size, standing at merely 5'11.
She wandered to the food table, grabbing a donut as she looked around. The entire area was lit dimly. the DJ was late, apparently being held up by something, so most trolls were standing around talking with one another. She was about to call it a day and head back, calling this entire experience a failure.
That changed when the door opened and a short goldblood entered. Aradia was reminded of someone. The DJ spoke to the mic. "ALRIGHT EVERYONE, ARE YOU READY!?" he said, to mostly quiet murmers of agreement with a few loud cheers from the members of the party that had a bit too much to drink. "THEN LETS GET GOING!"
the music started, and for once Aradia found herself intruiged. The music was... almost hypnotic. The sheer weight of the bass numbing her feelings in the best possible way. As the dance floor opened, she made her way over, beginning to dance. Her dance moves were rough, as she had not danced often.
However, as she started to dance... something began to happen. the artifact, having given her a few short days of respite, activated, as the girl slowly began to get taller, pushing away other crowdgoers as she lost herself into the groove. inch after inch adding onto her frame as people began to stare at the growing rustblood. with every sway she reached just a bit higher, going from six, to seven, to eight, to nine feet, and beyond.
The DJ looked up in amazement. The burgundy was just getting larger and larger, and she didn't even notice as she dominated the dance floor. Most trolls around her at this point have been pushed aside, unable to dance without the risk of being stokped.
Only when a enormous foot crashed into the DJ stand, the foot being more then thrice the size of the DJ platform, did aradia notice as the music stopped. slowly, she opened her eyes, looking around. "where did everyone... oh." she said, realising what had happened as she looked down at the remnants of the party, having been totally smashed by the troll as she grew. "Ah... sorry everyone." the still growing girl said as she dominated the low rise buildings around her. "I didn't quite expect... to grow now."
She thought for a moment as she stepped away from the ruins for a moment, the ground shaking with each step. "say... I have an idea to continue the party!" she said. she admittedly was having a lot of fun dancing, and wasn't quite ready for the experience to end just yet. "See that tower?" she said, gesturing at a enormous structure in the middle of the city. "Let's take the party there!" she exclaimed, to largely drunken applause. She crouched down, picking up the partygoers carefully (mostly) as she held them close against her chest. She wandered up to the building. sure, it's a military base, but one snap of her time powers had the drones locked into statis, forever unable to notice the party. The guests were put down upon the top floor, aradia needing to stand on her tiptoes to put them there for now. Smaller aradias from different timelines and the future began to appear and put down new equipment for everyone. "Alright, ready to continue!?" aradia said with a grin, having grown larger so that the top floor is around bust height to her. People cheered out as the music resumed and aradia started to dance again, long into the morning.
