“That’s cute. You’re cute. I’m going to have fun with this then.” Taking the Beta far more seriously as he stepped back and circled. Taking his time to let the bleeding nose start to really begin to gush, or give it a chance to heal a little crooked. A hit to the nose in just the right way could kill a man after all, maybe it could kill a werewolf. The pack around them were jeering, taking bets, and over all creating a right spectacle in the little bar they were in. 

The bartender was silenced with money but that wasn’t the point. There were to many of them anyways, and they were getting riled up. Emery fluidly moving forward and knocking the legs out from under him and slamming a fist into his diaphragm to knock the wind out of him and crack a rib or two. 

Logan’s nose went to crinkle as he was called cute, but it only made him whimper in pain. He grabbed at it though before Emery could come at him and, with a deep breath, reset it himself before it could heal wrong. He looked directly in the mans eyes as he did it, just to show how far he was willing to go, and how hard he was. It obviously wasn’t his first time setting his nose, or just a bone in general. Logan got in fights often. 

But fantasizing about what he would do would do him no good right now. First he needed to beat him into unconsciousness. Turn him into a sack of bloody meat that a butcher wouldn’t even be able to recognize. What a fool. Feeling bones breaking, Emery stood back up and grabbed his hair to force his body back up. Shaking him up to force him back into something of an upright position.

“What are you doing down here, pretty thing?” Santiago sauntered up next to Kali, his hands in his pockets as he halted next to her. Hades had put him on guard duty, not that the girl would ever find out. She was just think the hellhound liked her, not that he was her loyal guard dog.  Anyone that even looked at her got growled out, but that was half that he had grown attached, which Hades hated. Kali was down her way too often for each of them, or her father, to enjoy. She was like fresh meat down here, a decedent of the king and so naive seeming, even if she wasn’t.

“Oh you know, my dearest Prince.” Her foot was planted between the shoulder blades of a demon, her hand out and ancient runes forming around her. “Teaching some idiots a lesson about a poor sweet innocent girl wandering the halls.” They’d met in college, and Kali was pleasantly surprised that he was a Hellhound, one that she had no interest in asking allegiance from. He’d given it willingly, along with his companionship. “Shouldn’t you be getting ready for the baseball game tonight?” 

Not necessarily true, he still doted on his daughter, who was his pride and job. Even if he knew she could wrap almost anyone around her finger, much like her mother. “Heather.” His voice is sharp, “You wouldn’t have called me if you didn’t think it was bad.” but he simply plopped down on the spot next to her and tried to smile, despite the urge to pummel Samuel into the ground. “Miss me that much?”
