Sorry for all the time away. My father was killed unexpectedly and I’ve been busying trying to help get my mom set up to live without him on top of trying to care for my aunt with dementia and my toddler. I also lost the last of my embryos. My first daughter didn’t survive transfer and the other miscarried within the first couple weeks. I’m not doing well but I’m still trying by best to keep up. I’ll still be going to Gencon and I’ll be focusing back on comic updates after laying my father to rest in early August.
An extra note about my dad. He's the reason I can draw. He gave me all the encouragement and support any kid could ask for. He struggled with alcoholism for a large part of my life but AA brought him back to me. I'm grateful for the good times and for his efforts to make me who I am. I miss you, Dad. The time we had together wasn't enough and I wish you could have lived to see more than one of your grandson's birthdays.
