The name's Nikolai

"Oh not really! I'm rather bad at names..." The kitten had nearly pitch black fur and two different colored eyes. Nikolai giggled as he held her in his hand.

"Her fur kinda makes her look like a void, huh? And mira," She becons him to peer closer. "her eyes are two different colors and remind me of galaxies. What do you think?"

"A void huh? And galaxies...maybe Nyx? The greeks loved space and she was the goddess of darkness." He followed her eyes and nodded. "They're so pretty..."

"Daww- What a cute name! Me gusta mucho, but what do you think precious?" Mayra meets the kitten's gaze as she rubs her hands down the it's back like it would answer her question.

Nyx meowed happily at the petting and seemed to like the name. "You think it's nice? I think Nyx agrees too!" Nikolai beamed as he gently held her so she'd be pet.

Mayra chuckles at his flattery, then turns to the cat with scratchies ready on the tips of her fingers. "Un extraño enmascarado, hm? Sounds mysterious. Does the cat have a name, mi amigo?"

His head tilted a bit at the Spanish since he still wasn't very good at it. The cat purred as she was pet. "Oh very! But some people like being unknown so that's okay with me! Um...not yet. Would you like to help name her?"

"Will do," She laughs.

"Soo what are you up to?" He asked curiously.
