This is my favourite photo ever. On the stony beaches of Capri, surrounded by hazardous cliffs and unstable caves, where the water was the most amazing shade of blue. I was trying to get a nice picture of an oncoming wave without looking, but I would have to pull up when it came, so the timing was never quite right, but the result was still fantastic. Well, at least I think it was. Sadly, it looks a bit compressed here. Which makes me rather upset… But whatever.

So there was this chandelier...

And it was pretty much ugly. But it was beautiful. And I literally spent two hours laying on the table beneath it and moving chairs around to get shots of it from a bunch of cool angles. And then I did another round with the white balance changed. I took 200 something, but narrowed it down to like 20 something. I got half in warm light and half in cool light, but both types are just manufactured by my failure to operate a camera properly.

You are about to be inundated by said pictures.

Give me some time, though. I may or may not have shot them raw...
