Nowadays, a part of the world have become so complicated that it is causing unpleasant things to happen around us. Its even worse to note that we are heading constantly in that direction, unknowingly. The phases/streams or spheres of living that humans perceive today like IT or AI(primarily), commerce, education, lifestyle, even science, mathematics and art or anything related to our whole life are engulfed with such things that lead to disturbance and frustration. Development as a measure of progress of nations is determined by these factors today, unfortunately.
The development of beings, education and research has been reduced to become a subject of a pattern, similarities and time bound result oriented observations. This should not be the case as nature doesn't function like that.
Everybody is trying to incorporate formulas, algorithms, functions or even theories to develop things for the whole world population by using them in commerce, politics, research, education or in any field they want to work in to get satisfaction and wealth. But these kind of calculations doesn't work for everybody. They have to fail as they are not the truth of nature, and they are failing everyday, every moment for someone. The notions, concepts, theories and calculations should be based on the fundamental patterns that are the basic forming strings of the environment.
Most of the scientists, industrialists, researchers and the so called teachers are teaching and spreading things that are based on some observations that they think are a part of the nature. Yes, most of them can be but a whole of them are not (like designing, commerce or results from a research can bear fruit only to a definite period of time). Of course they are working for improvements, but in ways that distance them from the basic nature of existence.
We are putting a whole new bunch of population into predetermined ideas that they are unable to relate with because these are not the basic elements of nature. Educating and employing the youth to certain limited areas/ideas that worked for some people just because they looked satisfied is a way of development which is destined to fail and cause underdevelopment.
Instead, we should focus more on things that are necessary to sustain life.
