It had been awhile since he had been in Mikado’s presense so his wall’s were back way up just like before, his senpai would have to try a bit harder to get through Aoba’s hard head.

He lifted up a finger and pressed it against Mikado’s lips, “Why don’t you just tell me which one you would like to do first if you are so certain of wanting to do both~?”

“Mmm.. Well if I told you, that’d ruin the surprise, wouldn’t it~?” 

Mikado grinned as Aoba’s finger pressed against his lips. “Why don’t you take a guess, kouhai? I have to test you to see if you’re as sharp as you used to be before you left.”

He resisted the temptation to bite his kouhai’s finger to get him to take a hint; Mikado was sure Aoba already knew the answer regardless. 

“Is this really a test Mikado-Senpai?” The blue haired boy grinned as he finally put his finger down, instead insisting on shaking it in front of the other, “--Or is it because you’re too embarrassed to say what you really want from me senpai?”

“You mean to tell me, you, senpai, of all people haven’t already started causing any trouble around here what so ever?” Aoba gave a small playful pout that seemed more disapproving than anything.

“You’re forcing me to choose between those two things? Cruel. Even for you Mikado senpai.” The blue haired boy smirked, fingers pulling at his senpai’s shirt, “Can it not be both?~”

“My perfect, devious kouhai~.. Of course it can be. But I’d prefer to do one before the other..”

Mikado moved to the side, pressing his forehead against Aoba’s, wondering which of them would break and give in to the pressure first.

He lifted up a finger and pressed it against Mikado’s lips, “Why don’t you just tell me which one you would like to do first if you are so certain of wanting to do both~?”

“It’s all fun and games, until the real war begins.”

“What a silly question to ask?” The boy thoughtfully released his senpai from his excited grip and took a small step back giving a very childish salute. “Where would I be without my senpai?”

“So where to now? What kind of trouble should we stir up this time?…”

Leaning in closer, he whispered in the other’s ear.

“Ssh, I’ve got you. You’re safe with me.” 

“Good boy, you’ve done so well.” 

“Good girl, you’ve done so well.”

“There’s no need to be afraid.” 

“You’re so good, love. So beautiful and sweet.” 

“You’ve improved a lot! I can see you’ve been practicing.” 

“I’m so proud of you.” 

“I’m not going to leave you alone, don’t worry.” 

“I forgot you hated loud noise. Come here, I promise the thunder will stop soon.” 

“Do you want me to hold your hand?” 

“Stop worrying yourself sick.” 

“Easy, sweetheart. Just relax.” 

“You’re so cute sometimes!” 

“You’ve come so far, and I’m so happy for that, and for you.” 

“You did this? It’s incredible!”
