This is what quality control looks like.
Automated testing. Professional inspection. Every detail checked.
AnyPCBA â from prototype to production.
Ever wonder how PCBs are separated after assembly?
This automatic depaneling machine precisely routes each board from the panel â clean edges, no microâcracks, ready for the next step.
AnyPCBA â from prototype to production.
Cleanroom. Precision. No shortcuts. This is how reliable boards are made.
AnyPCBA
PCB assembly in motion â continuous, automated, consistent.
Boards move through our SMT line, one after another. No delays, no manual handling â just reliable, repeatable production.

5 things to check in the last 5 minutes before sending your PCB to fab.
Take 5 minutes. Save a week of waiting.
Is any silkscreen overlapping pads? Zoom in. Silkscreen on pads = solder paste floats = tombstone risk.
Are vias far enough from pads? At least 0.2mm. Too close = no solder mask dam = short circuit risk during soldering.
Did you include slot holes in the drill file? Overlay the mechanical layer and drill file. Slots get forgotten. Often.
Did you add fiducial marks? Four corners of the panel, 1mm diameter, clear area around them. SMT pickâandâplace needs them to align.
Is the board orientation correct? Check panel drawing against Gerbers. Mirrorâimaging a board shouldn't happen. But it does.
These five mistakes show up every month. Check them now â don't wait for the prototype to come back and sigh.

ENIG vs HASL vs OSP â Which PCB finish should you choose?
Not all surface finishes are created equal. Hereâs a quick cheat sheet for engineers and makers:
đĄÂ HASL (Hot Air Solder Leveling) â Cheap, good for throughâhole â Uneven surface, not for fineâpitch (<0.5mm)
đĄÂ ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) â Flat, solderable, long shelf life, great for fineâpitch and edge connectors â More expensive (~2-3x HASL)
đĄÂ OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative) â Very flat, cheap, ecoâfriendly â Short shelf life (6 months), sensitive to handling
đĄÂ Pro tip: For prototypes with QFN/BGA, pay a little extra for ENIG. It saves headaches during assembly.
CCL Selection: FR-4, HighâTg, Midâloss, HighâSpeed â Are you choosing the right one?
Many engineers only know âFRâ4â, but the differences between grades are huge.
đ Standard FRâ4 (Tg 130â140°C) â good enough, cheap. Consumer electronics. đ HighâTg FRâ4 (Tg âĽ170°C) â heat resistant, leadâfree reflow, automotive. đ Midâloss â 10G Ethernet, DDR4. Moderate cost. đ Highâspeed materials (M6/M7/M8) â AI servers, 56G/112G PAM4. Ultraâlow loss, but expensive and long lead times.
Pick the wrong material, your signals wonât work. Pick the right one, you save money and time.

3 DFM Tips That Save You Money on Your Next PCB Order
1. Keep trace/space at 6/6 mil Most fabs charge extra for 4/4 mil. Unless you have fineâpitch BGAs, stick with 6/6 â itâs cheaper and still works for 90% of designs.
2. Use standard hole sizes 0.3âŻmm, 0.4âŻmm, 0.5âŻmm are cheap. 0.32âŻmm? Thatâs custom tooling = extra cost.
3. Add fiducials for assembly Pickâandâplace machines need at least 3 fiducials. Without them, placement accuracy drops â and rework costs go up.
Small changes, big savings.
AnyPCBA â PCB manufacturing & assembly.
LME copper hit $14,000/t again. For PCB manufacturers, that means higher material costs â copper foil alone accounts for about 40% of raw material spend.
Some suppliers have raised prices; others are eating the margin hit. Not all boards are affected equally. Highâlayerâcount, HDI, and IC substrates have more pricing power. Standard 2â4 layer boards? Tighter margins.
If youâre sourcing PCBs, now might be a good time to lock in longerâterm orders.
