Raising a brow Jagger shook his head, “Unless you can bring me entertainment.. no, since you’re just finishing up work right?”

Anya nodded, “I’m hurt in how little faith you have in my ability to be entertaining, J.”

Skylar felt the hairs on the back of her neck stand up, the pressure she kept feeling about trying to be a good vampire, wolf and witch, being a tribrid and Mikaelson she felt so much pressure. Sitting in her aunt’s building, Food for Thought, she sat at the corner table with her head bowed, her coffee in front of her and fingers pushed in her hair, trying to just keep herself calm and in control, keep herself from thinking of everything she’s done in life before she heard a voice, making she girl’s head perk up, forcing a smile on her face.

Anya sat down across the table from Skylar, “What’s up, S? You look like you’re having... thoughts about something.”

“What kind of mischief are we talking about?” Eden asked with a small laugh.

Anya shrugged, “That has yet to be determined.”

“Ah, no. I’ve been keeping to myself lately. You?”

“Oh, you know, the usual mischief.”

“Yep.” Eden hummed with a pop of her lips.

“So, anything exciting going on with you?”

“I guess I’m really special,” Phoenix chuckled as he blushed.

“Well, you’re not annoying and you have the added bonus of being Scar’s brother.”

“Thank you. I really appreciate it.” He smiled softly at Anya.

“You’re welcome, I wouldn’t do it for just anybody.”

“Well, it just confuses me and I don’t like being confused.”

“Well, I’ll be sure not to give you the air of mystery treatment.”
