Lot of practice. I fist myself probably every other day.

But what probably tipped it over the edge was really stretching my hole, not only width wise but depth wise. I used butternut squashes ever increasing in size as was the perfect shape. This caused me to have a minor prolapse.

Once this was regular, I bought a cock pump to really increase the size of the prolapse. I shove the pump as far inside me as it will go and then pump as hard as I can. This seems to have loosened the tissue deeper inside which is why my prolapse is a lot bigger now :)

Yes—I love my big, stretched hole, and so do tops. Not just for fisting, but also for fucking, contrary to what many would believe… and it keeps getting better. The only ones mourning its tightness are insecure tops who need to inflict pain to affirm their size, or mega-vanilla guys caught up in heteronormative ideas of sex. Honestly, they never interested me anyways.

What I recommend is taking the time to play with your hole often. Not only just to train the muscles (he can do that), but to familiarize yourself with your hole and the different sensations, and little things like what happens if you breathe this way, and how to relax that muscle there, and so on.

It’s a hassle to clean out, I know, but it’s worth it and it will get easier. Get some toys, nothing crazy but enough to be a challenge—plugs or other “bumpy” ones are especially good for getting accustomed to the “ins and outs” of fisting. And most of all, have fun.
